This was the first time I booked a scooter from Book my Byk. I found that it is one of the best bike rental service in Mathura because of their hassle free booking process. The entire process is online and it is very convenient for anyone coming from outstation. However the scooter that I was given had some issues with the engine performance which I informed the owner and he assured me to get it fixed. Otherwise the service is overall very good. I would also like to mention that they offer very reasonable price. For me in the middle of February the rent for Activa 6G was 500/- only which is value for money. The prices may fluctuate in peak season but still it’s pocket friendly.

I took there car wagon r on 31st may for visiting barsana the car looks good from outside A/c is fine but but CAR doesn’t

have POWER to climb little heights which comes in a way when we go to barsana.

It was very bad experience as I have to stop in middle of the road and had to go by myself leaving the car parked in a midway as the car was gasping for breath while climbing

It was great experience. I suggest to vrindavan and Mathura visiters to hire two wheeler to visit every place because there is congested streets and no use to go by four wheeler and rikshaw and auto change huge money.

I took the car for a tour of barsana. Car had issues in gear shifting, back gear was making a lot of scratchy noises.

The pickup of the car is really slow and a advise please don’t take a route to barsana where you have to take the car to the height to reach temple as the car is lethargic on heights

One of the best rental provider for bikes I have used so far. Quick pick up and drop as well as returned deposit quickly back when submitted the bike. Giving 4 stars because when I enquired 2 days before reaching Mathura they said I can take bike at 8 pm today and return next day, but on the day when I called them they said it’s from morning 8 to evening 8. So reducing one star from rating.
