Cancellation & refund policy

BookMyByk believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:

Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made accoring to our days after placing the order. However, the cancellation request may not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the process of shipping them.

BookMyByk does not accept cancellation requests on the same start date or after. However, refund/replacement can be made if the customer follow our days policy otherwise customer will not get any refund.

In case of any damaged or accident please report the same time to us. The request will, however, be entertained once the merchant has checked and determined the same at his own end. This should be reported within minimal time.

In case of complaints regarding booking please refer the issue to us.

In case of any Refunds approved by the BookMyByk, it’ll take 1-2 days for the refund to be processed to the end customer.

if you book a vehicle for a particular date and if you are unable to use that then you can get refund.

if you request for cancel before 5 days of booking date then you will 80% refund.

if you request for cancel before 4 days of booking date then you will 70% refund.

if you request for cancel before 3 days of booking date then you will 60% refund.

if you request for cancel before 2 days of booking date then you will 40% refund.

if you request for cancel before 1 days of booking date then you will 30% refund.

if you request for cancel on same day of booking date then you will not get any refund.

So please cooperate us if you want refund.

Security amount refund process: If you return your vehicle before 8:00 PM then security refund immediately and if you return after 8:00 PM  then security will return next day morning in office timing.
